Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You have approached us with an enquiry about our products or services;
You have engaged with us on a previous project;
You have asked us to consider you for employment at Origin.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
Your CV may be sent to us by a trusted recruitment agency if you have approached them for work;
Your CV may be sent to us online when you apply for a job posting.
We use the information that you have given us to manage employment contracts, manage our projects, inform you of upcoming opportunities and manage our contractual obligations with you.
We may share this information with other partner organisations if we are working with you on projects.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep some personally identifiable information such as your name and email address for the duration of your contract with us, and for up to six years after the contract has ended. If we have been sent your C.V. and we have not selected you for employment, your details will be destroyed once the selection process has ended. We will dispose of your information by deleting any electronic record and shredding any paper records.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
